Meet the Team
I have been riding ponies for 13 years now and still loving every second of it. My pony and I are competitive eventers spending lots of time training and prepping for the next weekend away. I am a full time student at University of Newcastle studying Nutrition and Dietetics. My pony Dazza is agisted at HVEC, he is super friendly, please feel free to come and have a chat with us. I am super excited to be spending even more time with all the gorgeous horses at HVEC and look forward to getting to know all the ponies and the people who love them.
My aunt introduced me to horses at a young age, and mum fueled my passion by taking me to lessons on the weekend – despite the fact she is petrified of large animals (thanks mum).
After finishing school I went on to study agriculture at Tocal College through their Australian Stock Horse Breeding and Training program, where I got to work with horses all day, every day having the time of my life.
You will now see me in and around the paddock and stables of HVEC working.
Growing up, my love for horses began when my great Grandmother told me stories about how she used to ride to school on horseback. My mum could see my love for horses wasn’t going to end and soon enough she booked my first riding lesson. A few years have flown by, and I have dedicated much of myself to horse riding, dressage to be specific.
Bobby went from prep to elementary under the instruction of Shaun.
You will often see me out riding or working alongside Shaun and the team.
